Grupo Loor processes your data in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD).

2. Data processed
The Website does not have registration or subscription forms. The only channel through which the user may provide personal data is the contact email address info@grupoloor.es.
The data processed are exclusively those voluntarily included by the user in communications: name, company, email address and any other information the user decides to provide in the body of the message.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Grupo Loor does not transfer or communicate personal data to third parties, except where legally required. The data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Absence of automated decisions and profiling
The data processing described in this policy does not include automated decisions or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
7. Data subject rights
The data subject may at any time exercise the following rights recognized by the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), objection, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable.
To exercise these rights, the data subject must send a written request to info@grupoloor.es, indicating name and surname, the right they wish to exercise and, where applicable, documentation proving their identity. A response will be provided within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request.
8. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If the data subject considers that the processing of personal data infringes applicable regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the competent supervisory authority in Spain, through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
